Real Businesses. Real Numbers.
No vanity metrics. No traffic charts that don’t translate to revenue. Here’s what actually happened when these businesses hired Dogwood Enterprises.
Azone Car Care — a window tint, paint protection, and auto styling business — came to us in a dire position. Their former digital marketing agency had compromised their website and was holding it ransom. Site traffic had collapsed to virtually zero. Their only source of leads was their Google Business Profile, which was generating just 12 leads per month.
They needed everything rebuilt from scratch — and they needed it done fast, without losing whatever Google presence they had left.
Complete Site Rebuild & GBP Optimization
We rebuilt the website from the ground up — fast, mobile-first, and engineered for local search. Simultaneously, we fully optimized the Google Business Profile to stop the bleeding and start building Maps Pack visibility.
Lead Generation, Content & Link Building
With the foundation in place, we launched active lead solicitation, began creating optimized website content, built backlinks from relevant local and industry sources, and revamped a social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
45 Leads. 11 Booked Jobs — Direct From Dogwood.
Monthly leads grew from 12 to 45 — 3.75x their previous volume. Of those, Dogwood directly booked 11 jobs on behalf of the client. Google Business Profile monthly views grew from a low of 72 to over 150.
97 Leads A Month. The Most Visible Shop In Their Market.
By the close of our engagement, monthly qualified leads had climbed to 97 — a 708% increase over the 12-lead baseline — backed by 429 monthly site sessions and 54 inbound calls a month. Azone finished as the most visible auto styling shop in their market.
The situation we inherited was a worst-case scenario — a compromised website, zero traffic, and a business that had been betrayed by the agency that was supposed to help them. That’s exactly the kind of problem our system was built to solve. Watching Azone climb from 12 leads a month to 97 is exactly what this work is all about.
East End Annie’s — a beloved brick-and-mortar café — recognized that its revenue model was too dependent on foot traffic alone. The owner wanted to diversify by introducing an online retail presence selling coffee beans, teas, and baked goods, while simultaneously generating leads for a catering arm of the business.
The challenge was building a digital presence from scratch — one that worked for both e-commerce sales and local service lead generation simultaneously. There was no website, no SEO foundation, and no Google Business Profile worth speaking of.
Website Design & E-Commerce Build
We designed and built a full website engineered to serve two distinct purposes: a retail storefront for online product sales, and a lead-generating presence for catering inquiries. Both needed to work independently while presenting a cohesive brand.
Dual SEO Optimization
We implemented a dual-track SEO strategy — optimizing the e-commerce pages for product search terms while simultaneously building local SEO signals for the catering service, including a fully optimized Google Business Profile targeting catering leads in the local market.
2x Expected Leads. 1,000+ Monthly Website Clicks.
By the end of Month 2, the website was generating twice the leads we had projected — significantly outpacing expectations. The site was receiving over 1,000 clicks per month, and Google Business Profile interactions had climbed 250% from baseline to 362 monthly interactions.
East End Annie’s is a great example of what happens when you build the digital foundation correctly from day one. A brand-new website, two different revenue streams to optimize for, and we were doubling lead projections within 60 days. The system works — and these results prove it.
Completed engagement. In under 60 days, East End Annie’s launched a brand-new website and two revenue streams and was already exceeding its lead targets.
Window Fellas is an established window and door installation company with strong fundamentals and ambitious growth goals. But its flow of new jobs leaned too heavily on referrals and word of mouth, leaving opportunities on the table every time a ready-to-buy customer searched Google and found a competitor first.
In a competitive local market, the company wasn’t capturing the steady stream of high-intent searches happening every day, and its online presence didn’t reflect the quality of its work. They came to us for one thing: a predictable, scalable engine for booked jobs.
Foundation & Local SEO Launch
We claim and fully optimize the Google Business Profile, build local citations, and lay the Local SEO foundation to start climbing the Maps Pack. Alongside it, we stand up a structured review-generation system that turns happy customers into a steady flow of 5-star reviews.
Paid Search & Social Activation
Targeted Google Ads go live to capture high-intent searches and generate leads right away, while organic rankings compound underneath. We launch an organic social presence to keep the brand visible and credible between purchases.
Reputation & Compounding Growth
With lead flow building, we layer in active reputation management (monitoring, responding, and protecting the brand customers judge before they call) and keep compounding rankings across every service and neighbourhood Window Fellas serves.
Window Fellas is the biggest and most complete engagement we’ve taken on: local SEO, paid search, social, and reputation management all working together. They’ve built a great business the right way, and our job is to make sure every customer searching for windows and doors in their market finds them first. This is exactly the kind of client our system was built for.
AtticPro Insulation is a brand-new Denver-area insulation company — attic insulation, insulation removal, air sealing, and crawlspace work. What they had going for them was reputation: a 5-star Google Business Profile earned from real customers. What they didn’t have was visibility — no Maps Pack presence, no organic rankings, and nothing putting that reputation in front of people searching for insulation work.
The challenge is generating qualified leads right away in a competitive Denver market, without waiting the months that organic SEO takes to mature. AtticPro came to us for a blended engine — paid demand now, and an organic foundation built to carry the load for the long run.
GBP Rebuild & Citation Cleanup
We claimed and fully rebuilt the Google Business Profile — categories, services, description, photos and video — and began cleaning the citation ecosystem. The domain had previously been owned by an insulation company in Utah, leaving stale directory listings telling Google the business might be 500 miles from Lakewood. Those came down.
Review Velocity as the Primary Lever
We identified review volume at intake as the single biggest lever on both Maps Pack and AI visibility, set the target with the owner on the kickoff call, and built the review-generation playbook. Reviews went from 14 to 64 at a flat 5.0 — every one from a manual ask, because the automated request flow was never enabled.
From Invisible to #1 Across the Metro
A 49-point grid covering 100 square miles of the Denver metro, re-scanned on the same coordinates as the day-one baseline. Every target keyword moved. Average rank position went from 17.31 to 3.65, and “attic insulation Lakewood” held first or second position at all 49 points.
AtticPro had the thing you can’t manufacture — real customers who were genuinely happy. What they didn’t have was anyone able to find them. On day one they were invisible: zero share of voice on every term we measured, and completely off the map for crawl space work. Thirty-one days later they were first or second at every point on a 49-point grid across the Denver metro, ahead of insulation companies carrying twice their review count. That gap between deserving to be found and actually being found is the whole job.
Florida Roof Bros is a family-run residential roofing company on Florida’s Space Coast — shingle and metal roofing across Brevard County, built by two brothers on quality work and word of mouth.
Roofing is one of the most competitive and expensive search markets in the country. Florida Roof Bros were already investing seriously in paid search, but spend was outrunning visibility — solid presence in their home market, and a real gap everywhere they wanted to grow. At the same time the way homeowners search is shifting: a growing share of roofing research now starts inside an AI assistant rather than a page of blue links.
They came to us with a specific standard, and it wasn’t more leads. It was better ones — leads that turn into booked jobs, measured by cost per booked job and revenue by source.
Foundation, Local Footprint & Paid Rebuild
We restructure the Google Ads account around booked-job economics rather than click volume, stand up Local Service Ads, and optimize the Google Business Profile footprint across every market they actually serve. Local citations and structured review generation start immediately.
Expand The Map, Launch GEO
Location and service content goes live for the markets where visibility is thinnest, while we begin engineering their presence for AI search — the assistants homeowners increasingly ask before they ever open Google.
Quality Over Volume
With paid and local both producing, the work shifts to margin: tightening lead quality, driving cost per booked job down, and compounding organic rankings so a growing share of booked work arrives without ad spend behind it.
Roofing is about as competitive as local search gets, and Florida Roof Bros were already spending real money to compete in it. Our job isn’t to spend more — it’s to make every dollar and every ranking produce booked jobs instead of clicks. Brad and Evan came in with exactly the right instinct: judge us on jobs booked and what each one costs. That’s the standard we want to be held to.
Two College Movers is a Fort Collins moving company handling residential and commercial moves across Northern Colorado, plus long-distance relocations nationwide.
They came to us having been through agencies before, and it showed. Parts of the website read as generic template content, and there were outright factual errors sitting live — including service locations the company doesn’t operate in. Their most valuable work, long-distance relocation, had almost no search presence built for it. The neighbouring markets they wanted to grow into weren’t targeted at all.
The owners named the problem precisely: competitors with weaker operations were more visible than they were.
Clean The Foundation & Claim The Home Market
We correct the factual errors and template content left behind, rebuild the site’s local architecture around Fort Collins, and fully optimize the Google Business Profile with structured review generation running underneath.
Long-Distance & Market Expansion
We build the content that captures their highest-value work — long-distance destination pages for the routes they actually run — alongside location pages for the Northern Colorado and Wyoming markets they’re expanding into.
Compound & Own The Corridor
Link building and continued content deepen rankings across every service and city, while GEO work puts them in front of the growing share of movers who ask an AI assistant before they ask Google.
Two College Movers had the harder version of a common problem — not just invisible, but inheriting a website with errors in it from the people who were supposed to be helping. Step one was telling the truth about where they actually operate. After that it’s straightforward: own Fort Collins, build the long-distance pages nobody else has bothered to build, and expand up the corridor. Good operators should be the ones customers find first.
